WHAT ARE THE FUNDUS FINDINGS?

 OD: Optic disc is sharp and pink, with a cup-to-disc ratio of 0.3. The fundus is normal.

 OS: Optic disc is sharp and pink, also with a cup-to-disc ratio of 0.3. However, there is a 1.25 DD  heart-shaped, shallow, flat, semi-translucent, whitish lesion 1 DD above the disc. A similar lesion is  present in the inferior periphery of the left eye at about the 6:30-o’clock position. This lesion is  slightly more elevated, less translucent, globular, and about 2 DD in length.
