PRESUMPTIVE DIAGNOSIS

In this patient, retinal granuloma is most likely due to ocular toxocariasis from Toxocara canis. She has raised a dog and has an elevated Toxocara antibody level. Her eosinophil count was normal and further examination showed no evidence of systemic visceral larva migrans.
