Surgery

Under general anesthesia, the skin and the orbicularis muscle overlying the tumor were excised. The septum was resected. The mass was dissected off the levator aponeurosis, with no sign of gross invasion. The entire mass was taken out in one piece (5 cm x 3 cm x 2 cm), peeling it off the trochlea and SO. The tumor was sent to pathology fresh.
