Ocular Examination

External examination: presence of a mass (3.2 x 2.0 cm)   over the right upper eyelid. Upon palpation, the mass was   firm and was extending to the orbital rim. Presence of mild   erythema but no tenderness upon palpation. There was   complete ptosis of the left upper eyelid. There was no   proptosis.
Slit lamp examination: OD unable, OS presence of 2+   nuclear sclerosis.
DFE: OD unable, OS vitreous clear, optic disc pink and   sharp (c/d 0.3 OS), macula and periphery within normal   limits.
