fundus image   Follow-up FA: Late phase

Fundus examination on August 3, 2001 disclosed fading of the whitish RPE-level lesions seen one week earlier.

• Move the pointer over the image to compare it to the earlier
  view of the fundus

 

LATE PHASE ANGIOGRAM. Numerous round areas of hyperfluorescence with a wreath-like pattern. Fluorescein angiography showed fewer areas of delayed choroidal perfusion with persistence of many lesions that continued to leak in later frames with a ring-like pattern.

 

What treatment should the patient receive at this point?
